
Q: Is the Birthday girl included in the number of girls per party package?
A: Yes, birthday girl and 9 friends.
Q: Can I bring my own party favor bags, snacks, drinks & cake?
A: Yes, We would love the opportunity to provide these things for your convenience, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Q: What if guests bring siblings?
A: Any guest that participates in the party activities ie: hair nails and makeup, runway show, etc will be considered as 1 guest. Spectators are not counted as a guest.
Q: What if I need to cancel the party?
A: Deposit is non- refundable, however you may use the deposit towards another party or camp within 12 months
Q: Do I need to R.S.V.P before the party?
A: Yes. You will be contacted by one of our party hostesses the week of your party to confirm everything and to get a (close as possible) head count for your party. The count is important so that we are prepared to accommodate your party.
Q: Who is considered a part of the party that I am paying for?
A: All the children who sign in and dress up, and participate in the make over, runway show, etc.
Q: How early can I arrive to set up for my party?
A: 15 minutes before your party is ample time. We are often very busy on Friday and Saturday, and will be most likely finishing up a party when you arrive. Our Party Hostesses will help bring in your items from your car. We will have already set your table and will be ready for your party at its scheduled time. Our Hostesses will also help you load your car at the end of your party.
Q: Are hostesses allowed to accept gratuity? What is standard?
A: Yes, Our girls work hard to make your Diva’s Party a dream come true. We ask that you give the gratuity to the Hostess that checks you out. It will then be split between the girls. It is Customary to tip 15%-20%.
Q: What does the Birthday Girl Receive?
A: A Signature Diva Girlz T-Shirt and a group photo and fantastic memories!!!
Q: What if I have 2 Birthday Girls?
A: No additional charge to the party. $15 for an additional T-shirt & Group Photo
Q: May the parents stay at the party?
A: Yes, We love for the parents to stay to enjoy the festivities.
Q: How far in advance should I book my party?
A: We recommend you call or email us to schedule your party 2-4 weeks in advance of your desired date and time. Please call for availability of last minute parties.
Q: Can we open birthday gifts during the party?
A: We designate 15 Minutes at the end of the party open gifts. If you prefer the girls to have more play time, you can request this before your party so we can inform our hostesses you will not be opening gifts at the party.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Cash, Visa or Master card.
Q: If I am bringing food for the kids, at what time will they eat?
A: This is typically done before cake. However, we can work around your needs.
Q: What if the birthday girl or guests arrive late?
A: Our parties start promptly at the scheduled time. All parties are carefully planned out and any diva arriving late may join the activities when they arrive however, the party will not last longer because of late arrival. If you do arrive late and wish to add more time to the party provided our schedule allows you may do so for $50 per 30 minutes.
Q: What if my child has a food allergy?
A: If any guest should have a food allergy please let us know when checking your child in.
Q: What if I have to cancel my party due to weather or illness?
A: We will be happy to work with you to reschedule your party for another date. Remember our deposits are Non-Refundable.
Q: Where do we park?
A: We have parking on the front, side and back of the building. You may park in the street down Evanston as well. If it is after 5 pm you can park next door at ABC Equipment rental or at the Volvo shop to the east of Evanston, across the street at Barron & Hart or Paradise Bakery.
Q: Are there activities for Boys?
A: Yes, we have lots of parties that include boys. We can add Pirates to any party i.e.: Princess and Pirates, Mermaids and Pirates. Our Luau, Glow in the Dark, and Hip Hop Parties are all appropriate to invite male guests. |
